Check-in & photo-shooting for 2011 was done both Fri. & Sat. at the Bermuda House Hotel, 2560 N. Atlantic Ave (A1A), immediately north of the LaPlaya Resort. Official Keepsake Photos for 2011, made possible by NAPA Auto Parts, were shot with the Atlantic Ocean and beach visible behind each vehicle. These photos were mailed totally free to vehicle owners by mid-December. Other 2011 activities centered around this 2400 to 2700 block of A1A included great displays Fri. & Sat. of super cars across the street from the Bermuda House Hotel and LaPlaya Resort at Bellair Plaza, adjacent to Ruby Tuesday. Also in this area, Fri. night's great action-packed drag racing film was shown on the pool deck of the LaPlaya Resort. Cruising along A1A in front of the LaPlaya Resort was quite entertaining. Lots of enthusiasts enjoyed the sock hop at Down the Hatch in Ponce Inlet Sat. afternoon and evening and also Sat. night, at Inlet Harbor Restaurant in Ponce Inlet, a different film of drag racing highlights thrilled those in attendance. The final gathering of the 2011 Daytona Beach Dream Cruise was a great success Sun. morning and afternoon at Blue Grotto overlooking the Halifax Harbor Marina in downtown Daytona Beach. This grand finale was capped off by ten lucky people each winning $100 cash with their names drawn by Faith Granger, the creative dynamo behind the "Deuce of Spades" movie, who posed with the winners. A great time was had by lots of people at 2011's event.

The Car Enthusiast Television Program "Muscle Car Workout" filmed again at the Daytona Beach Dream Cruise in 2011.
Lots of car & truck enthusiasts enjoyed meeting the stars of the program, Alan Goldstein and Megan Clementi (Miss Florida USA 2010). Some of you got your vehicle shot by their film crew for a future episode. www.musclecarworkout.com
2011's FREE CAR MOVIES: Free car theme films were shown on Friday and Saturday nights, each beginning at 7:30 pm. There was a different film each night - both were shown for free on big outdoor screens -
Friday night at pool deck of LaPlaya Resort on A1A in Daytona Beach and
Saturday night at Inlet Harbor Restaurant & Marina in Ponce Inlet.
It was a real treat for many people who met Faith Granger & saw her "Deuce of Spades" '32 Ford hot rod on Sat. & Sun. at the 2011 Daytona Beach Dream Cruise.
